Advanced blown film extrusion solutions for packaging, protection, and industrial performance

Plastic film blowing is a method of producing thin, continuous plastic film using the blown film extrusion process. Polyethylene (PE) resin is melted and blown through a circular die, forming a bubble that is cooled and flattened into roll stock film. NAIGU’s state-of-the-art machines ensure exceptional control of film width, thickness, and material properties.
NAIGU offers both mono-layer and multi-layer extrusion lines, allowing for customized performance, including UV resistance, anti-static properties, printability, and more.
Used to wrap sofas, cushions, recliners, and upholstered furniture against dust and moisture.
Blown film plays a key role in vacuum roll-packing of mattresses and foam products.
Used as temporary dust barriers, vapor retarders, or drop cloths in building projects.
Creates plastic liners and sacks for storage, shipment, or heavy-duty packaging.
